Trainee officer fined her $204 for being a “non English-speaking driver”

Money will be refunded to other individuals who have been fined for not being able to speak English (if this is a large number it will cost money they already accounted for in their budget)
Poor Publicity for the Dallas Police Force
A subsequent investigation revealed that at least 39 drivers in the last three years have been ticketed for being “non English-speaking drivers”
