Susan Croonquist’s mother-in-law filed a lawsuit against her, because of jokes about her during Susan’s comedy routine
- Mother-In-Law is suing for unspecified damages, and wants Susan to stop doing jokes about her during shows
- Susan states she’s been telling these jokes for years and that they are true stories
- Susan has suspicions as to why her mother-in-law doesn’t want anything to do with her grandchildren

- A Lot of attention is focused on the families personal problems as a result of the lawsuit
- There is reason to assume that the mother-in-law may not want anything to do with her daughter- in-law or grandchildren because of their race (so there is a perception that Susan’s mother-in-law is RACIST)
- Susan’s husband is a lawyer and is representing Susan against his own mother
My DAMN Opinion:
Whoever advised Susan’s mother-in-law to file a lawsuit- NEEDS HELP! I believe this lawsuit goes beyond just the comedy routine, and I believe the jokes bothered her mother-in-law because they were TRUE. THE TRUTH HURTS!! It’s great to open up the lines of communication when there are ISSUES with you and your family, and it’s better to try to resolve issues in a private manner rather than making it a PUBLIC ISSUE. Going PUBLIC means all your PERSONAL BUSINESS becomes PUBLIC. DAMN

PHILLIP GARRIDO AND HIS WIFE KIDNAPPED JAYCEE DUGARD AND KEPT HER LOCKED AWAY IN A SHED FOR 18 YEARS…
- Kidnapped 11 year old girl (jaycee lee dugard) in 1991 (she is currently 29)
- Philip is an ex-con who served time for rape (not allowed to be around children)
- Confessed to being the father of jaycee lee dugard’s children who are 11 and 15 years old(apparently Jaycee was 14 when she had her 1st child)
- Kept Jaycee in shed for 18 years (no electricity and sound proof walls)

- Philip and his wife are facing charges of kidnapping and sex crimes
My DAMN Opinion:
Taking the girl(who is now a woman) and keeping her locked away in a shed was downright CRUEL. Philips wife’s involvement isn’t really none at the moment, but will come out in the news in the weeks to come. No matter how long ago you made a poor decision, it is likely to ONE day catch up to you. DAMN

- In same photo on a Polish website, a white head is placed on the head of the black person and the HANDS WERE NEVER CHANGED

- Not good publicity for Microsoft (gives the impression it had something to do with RACE, as to why the photo was changed)
My DAMN Opinion:
With the type of MONEY and MANPOWER microsoft has I would think something like this would’ve been noticed before going on-line. Mistakes happen and I actually think it’s funny, but Microsofts competitors will try to turn this into a case of discrimination.(or people who are just against Microsoft) Why wouldn’t you notice you have black hands on a white man’s body.. DAMN

My DAMN opinion:
I feel it’s not right for her to be punished for drinking a beer, but of course I feel that way because I live in the United States of America. The problem I have is that there are numerous people in Malaysia that drink(according to people interviewed by a CNN reporter), but apparently there is a religious movement to make an example of people who go against the law. It’s interesting to see what consequences people receive for BREAKING THE LAW in other CULTURES. DAMN

My DAMN Opinion:
We will know more once a “gender verification” test is completed, so I don’t want to speculate what the DAMN Moment will be in this story. Not smart if there were lies involved regarding “her” true gender. I think either it will come out that “she” is using some sort of anabolic steroid, or that “she” is really a man who competed in women events. DAMN just makes the South African athlete and team look BAD, and will cause them to be watched very closely in FUTURE events. (Will definitely lose gold medal) If “she” is not a man then it’s a case of making “assumptions”, but could save someone from the same type of public scrutiny.

Sexuality is part of being human, but KEEP IT REAL and BE SMART. Being smart about using protection usually doesn’t occur until after having had an experience with an STD or unwanted pregnancy. Some STD’s can be cured, but there are a few that will be with you the rest of your life. If you don’t get tested and don’t know, you can put numerous people at RISK for you poor decisions. Be smart and do your research regarding the risk involved with unprotected sex, and make sure you are taking the right precautions when you are with your partner(s). If you don’t you can end up with something that could change your LIFE for GOOD.. DAMN

There have been numerous sex scandals with politicians in the news, and I know there will be more to come in the future. If you care about your career, then I suggest not having the affairs outside your marriage. Its difficult to to judge who will or wont spill the beans, and the majority of them would love to go public regarding the affair to profit or become famous because of the confession. DAMN

Poor judgment can have serious consequences. You have to accept responsibility for your ACTIONS. I do believe they wanted to make an example out of Burress in New York, if this was someone else they wouldn’t have wasted the time and energy on this case. No matter what the reason was for the decision to give him two years, Burress put himself in this position carrying an unlicensed gun in the club. DAMN

My DAMN Point:
Preparation is imperative when it comes to anything you are doing in your LIFE. Doug “dished” it but couldn’t stay focused when it was “dished” back at him. I totally believe it made the event an even funnier EVENT, but I still feel it was a DAMN Moment for Doug Williams w/o a DOUBT..
